The assessments are not timed. However, each is designed to be completed in approximately 30–35 minutes.
A formula sheet is provided for questions that require one, and students may use a calculator where permitted.
For the Pre-Algebra Benchmark Assessment, calculators are not allowed for questions 1–5 and may only be used for questions 6–30.
To access the assessment, open your class and locate the assigned assessment under All Content, then select Open.
Alternatively, you can find the assessment by selecting Benchmark Assessments from the dropdown menu.
On the assessment’s first page, click Start to begin.
Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen to move between questions.
To exit the assessment and save your progress, click the Save icon in the player menu.
To mark a question for later review, select the Flag icon in the player menu.
When you are ready to finish, click Submit on the final page.
After the assessment is successfully submitted, the following confirmation message will appear:
