Snapshot Metrics
Understanding Snapshot Metrics
The snapshot metrics you see in Pathway2Careers are based on your role.
- Teachers see snapshot metrics for the students associated with their teacher account through active classes and sharing a My Career Page.
- District Admins see snapshot metrics for all students, teachers, and classes in the district.
Unless otherwise specified as students in a class, student counts include both students enrolled in a teacher’s classes and students who have directly shared their My Career Page with the teacher.
Because activity is recorded using a standard system time zone (UTC), the reporting period may differ slightly from your local calendar days.

These metrics apply to District Admin only.

Active classes: The total number of active classes.

Students active in the last 7 days: The total number of students who logged in during the previous 7 calendar days.

Students completed My Career Page: The total number of students with a My Career Page that is 100% complete.
Administrative Reports
These metrics apply to District Admin only.

Total student accounts: The total number of student accounts.

Total teacher accounts: The total number of teacher accounts, including teachers with and without an active class.

Active classes: The total number of active classes.
Career Explorer Reports

Total students: The total number of students.

Students completed My Career Page: The total number of students with a My Career Page that is 100% complete.

Total saved careers: The total number of times students have saved a career. A career is counted each time a student saves it, so the same career may be counted multiple times if it is saved by multiple students.
Class Reports

Total students in classes: The total number of students in active classes.

Activity submissions yesterday: The total number of activities submitted during the previous calendar day.

Activity submissions in the last 7 days: The total number of activities submitted during the previous 7 calendar days, starting with the previous calendar day.
