P2C Yearly Maintenance
Get Ready for the New School Year!
The new school year brings several updates and enhancements to P2C. Here’s what’s new:
- Class Inactivation for Rollover
To prepare for the new school year, classes from the previous year have been inactivated. Teachers are able to download a report of past assignments to support planning for the upcoming school year. - Teacher Reports
Teachers can now view student data from across the platform in one centralized location. For more information about the available reports and how to access them, please see the Accessing Teacher Reports article. - Explore Careers by Math Level
With the new Math Level tab in the Career Library, students can now explore careers by Quantile measure and the highest math course required, making it easier to discover careers that align with their current math skills and future goals. - Automatic Sharing of My Career Page
Student Career Pages are now automatically shared with teachers when a student is enrolled in one of their classes, making it easier for teachers to view students' career exploration progress. - Benchmark Assessment Retakes
Students can now retake Benchmark Assessments after nine months have passed since their previous attempt. This enhancement supports long-term growth tracking and provides additional flexibility for schools. - User Interface Enhancements
The Profile page has been updated with an improved user interface. Password fields now include a Show/Hide Password option, allowing users to verify their password entries more easily when logging in or updating their account information.
- End User License Agreement
The End User License Agreement (EULA) has been updated. To review the latest version, see the End User License Agreement. - Routine System Maintenance
P2C has conducted routine system maintenance to ensure reliable performance and minimize disruptions throughout the school year.
