Click the Forgot password? link on the Sign-in page.
If a Microsoft or Google account was used to sign in, you will need to change your password through Microsoft or Google.
Enter your email address and click Submit.
The following message will display:
An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link to reset your password.
Password requirements are:
- Must have at least 6 characters
- Must have at least one non alpha numeric character
- Must have at least one digit (‘0’-‘9’)
- Must have at least one uppercase (‘A’-‘Z’)
After resetting your password, the following confirmation message will display with a link to the Sign-in page.
