The Cluster Matcher will help you to identify and understand your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
From the Career Explorer menu in the top navigation bar, select My Career Page.
Under Cluster Matcher, click the Take button for the Knowledge Matcher, Skills Matcher, or Abilities Matcher to begin.
Select the Yes or No button for each of the statements and click the Next button when ready to proceed to the next section. The progress bar will display how much of the matcher has been completed.
As each Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities section is completed, each tile will display a checkmark and the date last taken.
After completing all three sections, a snapshot of your results will display on the My Career Page. Click Explore to see more details of your results and explore relevant careers.
Click the View full matcher results button to access your Cluster Matcher dashboard.
From here, you can retake your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities matches. You can also click the My results button to see a comprehensive list of your results.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities matcher results are calculated and displayed in the language in which they were taken. For example, if you take your Knowledge matcher in Spanish, and then later change your preferred language setting to English, the Knowledge matcher results will still display in Spanish. To change the language of the results, the matcher must be retaken in the preferred language.
