To access the Career Comparison tool, select Career Comparison from the Career Tools menu option in the top navigation bar.
Choose from up to three careers to compare.
The drop-down menus list all the careers in the Saved Careers section of your My Career Page.
Once the careers have been selected, information for each of the careers will be displayed in columns below with an additional option to select the match for career needs.
At the bottom of the columns, there are a few options: View career details, Star career, and Print.
The Overall Career Ratings will reflect your responses from the match for career needs in each section.
